Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Executive in Pakistan. The primary responsibility is high-volume calling with fluent English, converting leads into customers, and managing the complete sales cycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, following up on warm leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
- Strong ability to generate leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Experience in CRM tools for tracking calls, leads, and follow-ups is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close deals.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients on a daily basis.

Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Build and manage strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Must Have

Proven experience in sales calling or a related role.

Excellent (Fluent) English communication and strong persuasion skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain consistent productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM or call management tools.
- Background in telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Arabic Communication.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.
- Familiarity with sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.
