Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Video Editor at Techwaresoft (Pakistan). As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and creating engaging social media reels, trend-based videos, and other short-form content that aligns with our brand’s voice and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative and impactful content for various platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video editing (specifically for social media marketing)
• Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and storytelling styles
• Proven ability to create engaging reels, memes, carousels, and short-form videos
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software
  
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for generating images and videos
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Description

• Edit and produce high-quality reels, short videos, and social-first visual content
• Use AI tools to ideate, generate, and enhance visual and video content
  
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them creatively for brand campaigns
  
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute video ideas
  
• Repurpose and optimize existing content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  
• Ensure all video output aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and audience preferences
  
• Add compelling CTAs, subtitles, and other elements to increase engagement
