Role Description

This is a full-time role for a SaaS Client Relationship Manager , you will manage and grow relationships with SaaS customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. Act as a strategic partner aligning client goals with platform capabilities. Drive adoption, renewals, and long-term value across assigned accounts.

Qualifications
  • 3–7 years in SaaS account management, customer success, or client relationship roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS subscription and revenue models
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and expansion revenue
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Experience collaborating with technical and product teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Drive product adoption, customer health, and retention
  • Lead renewals and identify churn risks with mitigation plans
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
  • Track KPIs and prepare client performance reports

Must Have

  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience driving SaaS adoption, retention, and renewals
  • Ability to identify expansion and growth opportunities
  • Data-driven decision making using customer health metrics
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience conducting QBRs or executive business reviews
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Understanding of churn prevention strategies
  • Experience supporting onboarding and implementation processes
