Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of our iOS application. The product is a conversational AI assistant that handles sensitive financial data, real-time voice interactions, and complex information display. The role requires designing intuitive, trustworthy experiences while collaborating closely with engineering to ship features quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of the iOS app from onboarding to financial insights
- Design new features from concept to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
- Build and maintain a mobile design system optimized for SwiftUI
- Design interfaces for complex financial data such as transactions, accounts, and analytics
- Create interaction patterns for real-time voice AI (listening states, feedback, error handling)
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs align with native iOS capabilities
Qualification
- 4–5 years of product design experience with shipped iOS application
- Strong portfolio demonstrating iOS-native product design
- Proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and iOS design patternsing tools, Design system, Responsive web design
Must Have
- Expertise in designing native iOS experiences (not responsive web)
- Experience designing data-heavy applications such as fintech, health, or analytics
- Familiarity with iOS navigation patterns (tab bars, sheets, navigation stacks)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with frequent releases
Nice to have
- Experience designing conversational or voice-based interfaces
- Motion design skills (Lottie, After Effects, or SwiftUI animation)
- Understanding of glass / translucent design systems and depth effects
- Basic understanding of SwiftUI for collaboration with developers
