Role Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our conversational AI platform. This role focuses on defining product strategy, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans, and driving execution across AI, backend, and mobile teams. You will work closely with engineering and stakeholders to ensure we build scalable, high-impact AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Translate requirements into clear technical specifications with acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on features like LLM behavior, prompts, and evaluation frameworks
- Prioritize features using data, user feedback, and technical feasibility
- Drive agile delivery across cross-functional teams (iOS, backend, AI, infrastructure)
- Track product metrics (accuracy, latency, engagement, task success rate)
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution
Qualification
- 5–8 years of experience in Technical Product Management or similar roles
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience working with engineering teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (AI, backend, mobile)
Must Have
- Experience building and shipping AI/ML-powered or data-driven products
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, and backend workflows
- Hands-on experience writing product specs, PRDs, and technical requirements
- Strong understanding of metrics-driven product development
- Proven ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions
- Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or prompt engineering
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or digital products
- Familiarity with real-time systems (WebRTC, WebSockets)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Linear, Mixpanel, or similar
